Refund policy

Returns

We accept eligible return requests within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unused, with original tags attached, and returned in their original packaging.

 

To request a return, please contact us at shoplethaldivine@gmail.com before sending your item back. If your return is approved, we will provide instructions on where and how to send your return. Please do not send returns to the address shown on your original package. Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.

 

For eligible returns, Lethal Divine will provide a prepaid return shipping label at no additional cost to you. Original shipping and handling charges, if any, are non-refundable.

 

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at shoplethaldivine@gmail.com so we can review the issue and make it right.

 

Final Sale / Non-Returnable Items

Certain items are not eligible for return, including beauty products, bodysuits, face masks, intimates/lingerie, jewelry, and swimwear. Items specifically marked Final Sale are also non-returnable.

 

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you'd like a different size, color, or item, you may return an eligible item and place a new order.

 

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we'll notify you of the status of your refund. Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.
